DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 93-TJ-004 between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Dubuque transferred Unsigned Iowa 959 to the City of Dubuque on March 1, 1993.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Unsigned Iowa 959 in Dubuque be deleted from the Primary Road System.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to the relocation of US 61/151 in Dubuque in 1992, an old section became Unsigned Iowa 959 and the official description in the Primary Road System should be revised to reflect this change.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Unsigned Iowa 959 in Dubuque County, as described in the attachment, be included in the Primary Road System.

Locate Unsigned Iowa 959 in Dubuque as follows:

Beginning on East 9th Street at US 61/151 northbound onramp; thence northeasterly to 11th Street; thence easterly on 11th Street to Kerper Boulevard; thence north on Kerper Boulevard to 16th Street; thence easterly on 16th Street to US 61/151 ramps east of Kerper Boulevard.
